HUD finds housing quality lacking in Louisville

The Louisville Metro Housing Authority (LMHA) must pay back federal funds after its housing quality was deemed unacceptable. Discrimination agreement reached in California

New guidance for EIV system use

The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has released new administrative guidance for effective and mandated use of the Enterprise Income Verification or EIV System.
